Pets of the Week

Humane Society of Harford County WXCY loves pets! That's why we've partnered with the Humane Society of Harford County to bring you the Pet Page. Each week, we'll show you a cat and a dog from the Humane Society of Harford County who need good homes.

Pets of the week for July 28, 2014

King

King is an awesome 3 year old Pit Bull mix! There are so many great things to say about him, but we only have so much room. He knows sit and walks extremely well on the leash and won't pull at all. He's also food motivated which makes him the perfect dog for training. Hes playful but quiet and doesn't bark very often. Did we mention that hes also house trained? King would be the perfect family dog and snuggle buddy! Plan a trip to the shelter soon to meet this handsome boy!

Promise

Promise was brought to us by a Good Samaritan who found her as a stray. Promise is a sweet, shy, tuxedo girl who is very petite. She takes some time to warm up in new situations, but once she feels comfortable, Promise becomes quite the cuddler! At just 4 years old, Promise is the perfect mix of calm and playful. If you have a little patience and a lot of love to give, stop by the cattery and meet Promise.
