Favorite Movie Scene
With the Academy Awards coming this weekend, we want to know: What's your favorite movie scene of all time?

Hi Paula, My favorite movie scene is : in the movie Titanic when the rich girl and the poor boy run off to the car thats in the hold of the ship. The scene shows the car with the windows steamed and it goes in for a close up of her hand pressed against the window. No dialog , just her hand on the steamy window. I think that is the most romantic movie scene ever and not a word is spoken.

Hey Paula and Mike! I just wanted to share with you guys this : I don't have a favorite movie scene because there is one movie in paticular that I can watch one million times over and never get tired of. I love ALL the scenes from this movie. I also cry every single time I watch it. And to the best of my knowledge it has never even received an award! "8 seconds" is a wonderful movie and since its based on a true story, it makes it that much more touching. I think everyone who watches it though should know that some of the movie was "hollywood'd" up, and there are lots of differences between the movie and Lane Frost's true life. But all still, I cry everytime I see that movie and love the credits at the end with actual photos and videos of Lane's life and Lane riding. How 'bout them cowboys?

Wow, so many to choose from - how about after nearly half the movie about trying to find the shark, when he finally comes charging up out of the water behind the boat! One of the great understated lines in film too, from Roy Scheider (RIP) - "You're going to need a bigger boat..."

Hello!! My favorite movie scene of ALL time has to be from "Tommy Boy" when they are sitting in the diner about to order lunch after David Spaid hits Chris Farley in the face with the piece of wood. The waitress comes up and says "Oh my god what happened to your face!!!" and thats when Chris realizes he has a huge red mark on his face from the hit. I remember when Chris asks him about his face before they go to eat explaining it hurt "not so much here... or here... but riiiiiggghhhhtttt here!!" Oh my goodness, just thinking about this movie makes me crack up!
